Just started this tea today so I can’t yet attest to its purpose but I can at least give an enthusiastic 5 stars for its flavor! I’ve never gotten into tea due its often strong and/or bitter flavor but this one was fantastic! The great flavor will keep me motivated in drinking it, so now I’m excited to see how it works on my blood sugar.
